Returns

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
